Skigroup continues in the tradition of a Group (~20+) Ski Travel wholesaler. Skigroup offers major ski destinations across the globe; North America, South America, New Zealand, Japan and Europe. The best part is, you’ll pay less than what you’d be able to negotiate on your own. And we do all the work!

I bought an Ikon pass. There was no communication after I submitted the purchase. They did not submit the purchase timely, so I could not use the bonus spring days available on the pass. It is now September 4 and I still do not have my pass for 2025-26.

You were sent your Ikon Pass promotional code after your purchase, and that code allows you to claim and manage your pass directly through the Ikon website. As a wholesale partner, Skigroup facilitates pass sales, but fulfillment and activation — including bonus day eligibility — are fully handled by Alterra (the parent company of Ikon). We’ve also checked our records and do not show any attempts from you to contact our mailbox regarding this issue. If there was a technical error or if the email was missed, we’re happy to help resolve it — but we do want to be clear that your pass code was delivered and support was available. Ikon pass was easy to use except with limited Wi-Fi. Also could not get fastest speed report as in years past.

This is my first experience with SkiGroup. I purchased an Epic Pass Aug 5th and cannot get anyone to respond to my request of where is my pass? I was told I would receive an email from Vail with the information 3 wks after purchase, this did not happen. I have since sent two requests with no response from SkiGroup. I am not comfortable paying the balance of my ski trip to this institution.
